Dear Divine Ma,
What Do You Want Me to Learn Today?
Guru was correct about another aspect of sadhana, too. My experience for the past couple of years felt that the spiritual eye opened up straight over my head, as if the Light that came from beyond the ring of Light came from directly above me. But now I’m not so sure. At least, in the last couple meditations, as I opened my physical eyes to “check” on where the Light I saw inwardly was coming from, I discovered the Light was at the same angle as the images of the spiritual eye built above the altars at both of Ananda Palo Alto’s meditation temples. The Light I was seeing and the spiritual eyes above the Ananda altars were at exactly the same angle from my body while I was meditating. Where we are taught to focus our gaze behind closed eyelids, and these artistic versions of the spiritual eye, both focused on the same paint on the wall in front of me. The angle of sight is the same in both cases. Well, what do you know? Guru knew what he was talking about once again! Why have I ever had a single doubt about anything He taught? So many things He taught I have yet to experience. But everything he taught that I HAVE been able to experience for myself proved to be true.
Ah, Pranav, so good to hear from you. Hope life back in India is being supportive to you. Yes, banat banat ban jai, doing, doing, one day done! does certainly apply here, doesn’t it? If we just keep being open to trying what Guru teaches, eventually our own experience confirms what He’s been trying to tell us all along! And then, yes, our own little cup can finally overflow as with the whole ocean…
this reminds me banat banat ban jai and the little cup becoming a ocean. Aum guru
