“Today it’s about health. ‘Keep your body fit for Self-realization,’ Master told us. Another maxim is, ‘If you don’t use it, you’ll lose it.’ These things are true, and you would do well to put these thoughts into practice in your own life. They aren’t rules being imposed on you, merely tried and true ways of life that have worked to keep many people alert and healthy longer. Remember, Swamiji said, ‘If you can still do your kriyas, then you can still make spiritual progress. Therefore, it’s worth keeping your body going as long as that is still possible. Don’t stop trying to move the body merely because it has become more difficult. It’s the only way to keep spiritual progress going!
