Choose one path and follow it all the way to its end. Many paths are capable of getting you to the destination, but only one path at a time works to get you there. Mixing two or three trails in an attempt to get to the mountaintop faster never works out well. The same is true of the spiritual path. One path is not only all you need, but any more than that only causes confusion and delay. Progress with slow speed, without hecticness. Be content with the roadmap your guru has provided for you. You can rely on that, because you guru has been there before, and knows a way that works. Don’t ignore his advice. He wants nothing more than to help you achieve all that he did.”
