Dear Divine Ma,
What Do You Want Me to Learn Today?
The group sadhana in the Ananda Palo Alto community temple was so quiet this morning. 60 minutes and hardly a sound of any kind. No restless movements amongst all the 11 meditators. It was awesome. And I wasn’t restless, either. That in itself was remarkable. The calm of everyone else somehow kept my own usual restlessness in check. In fact, I wonder how many times the whole hour I even breathed. Very, very still. Never even started my kriyas. Nor any other technique. My head was back, my concentration raised high into the forehead, but hardly needing to breath. One hour. Stillness. Awesome!
