What Do You Want Me to Learn Today?
“Today it’s about loyalty. You need to be loyal to your spiritual leaders. To have goals and means separate from what they are trying to do is disloyal. You are here on earth to serve Guru’s mission. And guru’s mission is best represented by those leaders he has chosen to further that mission. They have been consecrated to lead His mission into the future. As long as you help them, you are helping Him. Anything else is merely ego, or outright revolt. Doesn’t Swamiji’s Festival of Light talk about those very levels of consciousness? You always have a choice between revolt of your ego, or attunement through surrender of self will. How much longer do you have before your legacy is sealed as revolutionary or saint-in-training? The saints were always loyal to the church even while they were showing the ways to true holiness. Work within Master and Swamiji’s church, not against it. Only as a united force will it have the magnetism to change the world for the better. Be the change, yes. But while being loyal to the organization that has the scope, and the breadth, to change things everywhere!”
