Dear Divine Ma,
What Do You Want Me to Learn Today?
Who was it I was talking to in sadhana as I intently gazed straight up in the air? I’ve never known who I talk to in meditation. I’ve never known who talks back to me. They—and they do seem to be plural—have never named themselves NOR taken credit for any of the wisdom they have imparted. What is God, anyway? Isn’t God just any, or all, of the eight manifestations that we each can experience? But if so, which of those is the one that talks to me? I’ve always assumed it was the Wisdom aspect of God.
“But that doesn’t make that aspect wiser than the Light, or the Power, or the Love aspect. It’s just that God comes in many varied forms. As Swami Sri Yukteswar chastised Yogananda, ‘What did you expect, an old man with a white beard?’”
