“I want you to learn that your presence at sadhana is beneficial, not just for yourself, but for the entire Ananda community, in fact the entire Ananda movement worldwide. Sure, you can get to God this way. But think of how many other souls you encourage and who otherwise might get discouraged and give up their quest to do as you have always affirmed—finding God. Who is going to find it alone if they don’t have models? It is through the persistence of people like you that this good work carries on. This is how many will find God.”
