Dear Divine Ma,
What Do You Want Me to Learn Today?
It’s about being afraid to confront the demons within my own self. So many people think it’s the wars and the social ills of society that need our attention. But until we recognize what is within us bringing disharmony within ourselves, how can we hope to do anything of lasting value about the things that are wrong outside our little selves. By accepting what needs attention inside, recognizing its cancer within our own body politic, that we might begin to bring tools to bear to take the disharmony to task. We must see what’s wrong before we can find it and excise it. But then again, so often we get angry about some perceived wrong around us. But if we allow what’s wrong to cloud our judgment, we can too often miss the subtle method that would have been more effective at transforming the thing that is less than perfect. Because if we truly understood, in every cell of our being, that we are children of the Light, and if we only knew how much God loved us, we would no longer fight or harm any other part of God’s perfect world. Instead, we would melt back into what was ever true all along.
