Dear Divine Ma,
What Do You Want Me to Learn Today?
“It’s always about love. Are you finally ready to love enough? Are you able to love your aged mother despite the things you think were deficient in her parenting? Sure, she didn’t love you with the warmth and effusive affection you would have chosen. But who doesn’t think their parents were somehow deficient in what they gave? We always think we deserved more. But what we get is what we get. Why do we so often think we ought to have gotten more? You know the law of karma, and that people get in life exactly what they themselves put out in some former time. Why should it surprise you that there are still some lessons some of your relatives are still learning, or even more to the point, that you still need to learn?”
I started off my Sadhana this morning on a really good note… This blog.
Thank you Biraj
So glad this hit the mark for you. Hearing this guidance sure got me to sit up with a straighter spine in my own next weeks of sadhana. What a path we are all on together with God, guru, and each other!
